Candied passion fruit's tropical sweetness dances with umeshu's savory depth, carried by vodka's pristine structure. Luscious mouth feel leads to a soaring fruity finish that lingers in the nasal passage. Best enjoyed chilled neat or mixed 1:3 with soda water over ice. 500ml ABV 16% About Tin Shing Umeshu: Adhering to Japan's "Honkaku" tradition, Tin Shing Umeshu craft umeshu exclusively with premium Wakayama "Shu" grade Nanko and Purple Queen Ume, using a proprietary “Dual Plum Brewing” method, first pre-chiling the plums in near-freezing rice liquor to preserve freshness, then after one-year fermentation, replacing them with new plums to capture both youthful vibrancy and mature depth - achieving perfect balance without biterness.
