紫姬梅收成於初夏的日本和歌山,小顆而飽滿,味道清甜,果肉呈粉紅色,像高貴華麗的女皇而得名。
氈酒由杜松子、柑橘皮、檸檬、等等草本植物泡浸而成,這款紫姬梅氈酒清新提神,微甜芳香,純淨而爽口。
初撲鼻是紫姬梅特有的蘋果香和花香,入口瞬間微苦,中段浮現氈酒的柑橘皮油香與芫荽籽辛香,餘韻被兩造梅的果香感包圍著整個味蕾,是喜愛複雜口味的最佳選擇。

About Tin Shing Umeshu:
Adhering to Japan's "Honkaku" tradition, Tin Shing Umeshu craft umeshu exclusively with premium Wakayama "Shu" grade Nanko and Purple Queen Ume, using a proprietary “Dual Plum Brewing” method, first pre-chiling the plums in near-freezing rice liquor to preserve freshness, then after one-year fermentation, replacing them with new plums to capture both youthful vibrancy and mature depth - achieving perfect balance without biterness. Multiple base liquors create unique expressions, each bottle revealing a distinct dialogue betwen spirit and plum.
